I watched it this afternoon on iPlayer. It's a great film and Aretha's singing is beyond words. There are about 9 or 10 minutes of build up before she sings but from the first note... Just watch it.

Just watched it on the Sky box.
A remarkable performance in such a small space. Amazing how they all managed a performance like that in a small church.
Chuck Rainey on bass and Bernard Purdie on drums, both play on many other albums I own.
And Aretha is the best....
