I came across this classified ad site via links from for-sale.co.uk. Looks like a US originating competitor to Craig's List.

Vast of majority of hifi ads are very obviously fraudulent - lots of high end stuff with minimal descriptions, single photos, suspiciously low asking prices and the requisite gmail address, eg Naim 500 + PS for £1900.

Bizarre business model.
 
Yes fraudulent, at one point thery used one of my old photos of an EAR 868L. From the same photo set also abused by an Italian scamming website. Avoid like the plague.
 
I looked at those ads a few years ago. It was like an Aladdins Cave of esoteric equipment at bargain basement prices. I even e mailed one, just to see how far he would go. I guess nothing is out of bounds when it comes to greed and deception..
