I currently use MS Word to produce client acoustics reports in PDF format, but it's clear that I really need something more sophisticated that can optimise the file size and give me more control over what other people can do with the PDF file.
The easiest solution is to pay (quite a lot) for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, but I'd be interested to hear from anyone here who has similar needs, and who might have an alternative recommendation or two that does perfectly formatted PDFs with options for document control. I'm not averse to paying for software, but Acrobat is probably too expensive for the use I'd give it.
