Anybody heard the new Bob Marley half speed masters yet?

I tried one out this week - Kaya. It's sounds absolutely fine to me. Lovely quiet pressing and good enough for me to begin buying up the rest.

The rerelease of Alice in Chain's debut Facelift is excellent as double pressing. A very nicely recorded rock album, much better than the original pressing.

Nickel Creek have just had their three albums given the audiophile treatment on Craft Records - reissued on 2 x 45rpm discs.

Have the first album (which is my favourite) playing now and it is a spectacularly good pressing and remastering. Highly recommended.
