45rpm demos

I have a number of 45rpm single sided records which include on the label 'Demonstration Sample Not For Sale'. An example may help: London MSK2321 Should We Tell Him, Everly Brothers. I do not have a 45rpm turntable. Although these records are 'single sided', there is clearly a (playable?) track on the other side. Anyone out there able to provide some information?

Usually just a blank cut or in some rare cases the A side duplicated, maybe even a mono and stereo mix. The blank cut is to prevent someone accidentally playing that side and the stylus skating off to the label area damaging the stylus, though some do have a fully blank side.
