323N Schematic?

I've been trying to troubleshoot a source of distortion on my vinyl playback. At first I thought it was just wear on all the records that came from the used record shop, until I realized that I was hearing it on new records too. Then I tried tweaking cartridge alignment, trying both the Rega alignment and Baerwald with a 2-point protractor. I was just about to decide that maybe my ZYX cartridge was suffering from premature death, when it occurred to me that the modification to raise gain on the 323 cards messes with the feedback loop. So I removed the 110-ohm resistors and put the 220-ohm ones back in, and it does seem cleaner now. Guess I'll just have to live with the wimpy gain.

I also had a low-level hum in one channel, so while I had it apart I re-heated the joints on the Muse caps just in case. Dunno if that was the source, but the hum is gone now.
