I inherited this about 4 years ago from my good friend.
He owned it from new and always switched off the xps2 which powered it when not in use.
He bought a cd 555 when they first came out , his xps got converted into an xps2T and the the Cds 3 sat in the spare room unused.
I have not used it as I have 555 players but it works perfectly and shows no reading errors on the display.
It obviously still has its original laser mech (vam 1250) and I have a brand new genuine Philips vam 1250 mech that will be sold with it.
I was going to sell it years ago but the prices were low so I didn't. now they have strengthened a bit its time to sell it as its just sat here.
There is no box or burndy, but its in very nice condition and has a narcom 4 remote control handset.
With the spare mech which are like hens teeth I would be looking for £2000 with no offers at the moment.
