I would not worry if it has had a recent service with the manufacturer. But that is just me. I have owned quite many Naim boxes over the years. Over and out of this thread.

Bumpity bump. Originally manufactured in 2003.Fully serviced by Naim Nov last year and unused since so should be as good as new. Excellent condition. PM email address for pics if interested.
 
When Naim carry out a service, it’s supposed to leave the factory with the internals in as-new condition, if anything is out of spec, they replace it plus I think they give a warranty too.

So the YOM is kind of irrelevant if serviced recently as it should perform as good as a brand new one.
 
I’m surprised this hasn’t been snapped up. Its about a grand too cheap. Good luck with the sale.
