What are you cooking tonight?

Home made vegetable soup along with thick white toast slathered with cannellini beans mashed into a tin of anchovies melted in butter and garlic with loads of black pepper.
 
Leftover roast chicken from yesterday. Made some rissole type things from the veg. I’m calling them bubble and squeak patties. Plus a mushroom type gravy thing to bring it all together. I’m calling the whole thing a paupers roast dinner
 
butterflied poussin rubbed with ras el hanout, homemade potato salad and some romaine lettuce, baby plum tomatoes etc.
 
Chicken thigh curry of some sort tonight, loads of veg somewhere.

Lamb shanks tomorrow, saw them in the butchers but thought £7 a shot rather expensive. Half that in Tesco but obvs not organic, local, fed on ancient salt marsh, slaughtered under a new moon etc.
 
pork shoulder cubes slow cooked in red wine, thyme, onion, garlic, celery root flakes
toward the end home made tomato juice and jerusalem artichokes
finally a few spoons of couscous, i was too lazy to cook it separately
 
M&S curry. Thai for wifey, Indian for me. Can't be arsed to cook tonight.

Will do a chicken stew (with thighs) in the slow cooker tomorrow though, wifey has requested veggie dumplings.
