Sonos intercompatibility (Soundbar for Classic Series)

I vaguely remember newer Sonos and the IKEA stuff cannot be combined with the older classic gear, but not sure if precisely correct.

I'de like to provide my elderly parents with some sort of soundbar, they have increasingly trouble understanding speech. They have a Sonus classic amp & passive speakers, as well as PLAY ONE.

Which soundbar could I integrate hassle free?

Getting old myself…
I‘de seen that page but skipped it as it reads „S2 Compatibility“. But yes, it also meantions S1 further down.

Is your stuff s1 or s2 then ? I have both but not in same system

It's ancient stuff. ZP100 & Play1. Must be S1.
So it's "Playbar" or "Playbeam" apparently.
Starting to get fluent in their lingo...
