Fortunately not - this time! We get a far few Roe Deer crossing these fields so it's usually their droppings which are the most prevalent - far less pungent that fox poo, thankfully.

I love this time of year. Yesterday there was a real autumnal nip in the air with the breeze coming from the north. This particular walking circuit is around 3 miles so takes itro 90 mins to complete. Reckon Harley's distance is double that - wish I had half his energy!

Not mine but my sisters although I was her surrogate owner for the first 18 months or so, Bella starting to look a bit grey around the snout these days!

Tbh we thought we'd have to limit our our walking ambitions in the Lake District as Arthur the spaniel is getting on a bit at 12 years but he loved it and had no problems at all. Still a bit of life in all us old dogs yet!
