Emporium had this at £950 for ages but seem to have dropped a sizeable chunk off it. I don't know anything much about the amp aside from it being 25wpc and using el34, but I understand that Art amps are well regarded so £700 seems a solid deal.

That's a bit weird. Of the two I'd probably be inclined to plump for the cheaper instance

Just read the feedback on the seller, items not tested and not working, your choice, but I don't touch them.

Yeah they do seem a bit hit or miss apparently. There's been one or two threads on them before, most people have had reasonable experiences but some people definitely bad.

I’ve had good and less good items from them - no fuss returns in the latter case.
