Thanks for clearing that up. The Radiohead team got back to me to confirm that there is no separate gatefold for the LP's.

Will have to check this out. Loved both albums. I know originally they were recorded together and were supposed to be all on one album but they split it into two.

I wrote them to tell them I also have a terrible distortion on How to disappear completely. This is what they replied: "The test pressing underwent vigorous checks and approvals throughout all stages of the production process and the same team cannot replicate the issue you have logged with us. As you know the “Scarry” book was a limited edition run and sold out so unfortunately we have no full replacements to offer."
