Should be pleasant enough with easily driven speakers eg nice match with Tannoy Reds or Golds.
Though in my view (taking the audio jewellery aspect out of the equation) it's rather overpriced for what it actually is - my experience with Shindo amplification suggests it would likely be full of 'character' but roundly beaten by, say Radford STA15 or STA25.
Output of 15w suggests its 6V6 tubes are pentode-wired which is probably optimal - the triode-wired output for these tubes would only be 3-4w.
