I am looking for other than the usual piano recordings of satie, perhaps jazz interprations ?? any suggestions

there is one of the Thois Gymnopedie but it escapes me at present. Helpful I know:)

Dan Willis & Velvet Gentlemen have two albums of interesting and varied (IMO) jazz versions of Satie compositions.

The first, The Satie Project, is available on Bandcamp.

The second, Satie II, on Qobuz.

Unfortunately the first album isn’t on Qobuz (I couldn’t find it anyway) and the second isn’t on Bandcamp (same caveat).

I think I have this on a 7" somewhere.

The Jacques Loussier Trio recorded jazzed-up Satie interpretations on Telarc in the late 90s. Good recording.

David Sylvian sounds like he is a fan of Satie if Nightporter is anything to go by.

There is also "The Minimalism of Erik Satie" by the Vienna Art Orchestra. Despite their slightly pompous name, they were a jazz band, about 18-strong.
