The Bends is lighter. There’s just one record. OK Computer has two. The music is heavier.

I think The Bends is a superb album, all killer no filler, later stuff I'm not so fussed on, a bit pretentious and self serving IMO

The Bends is my favourite Radiohead album. I thought OK Computer was tinkered with to the nth degree. Whereas Kid A seemed like a load of unfinished demos.

"Trout Mask Replica" has to be on any reasonable list.

OK Computer is Radiohead’s masterwork, I could do without ‘Fitter Happier’ though. The irritant for me is the labelling on the vinyl, just call it side 1,2,3,4 rather than eany, meany etc. Always makes my he’s spin trying to work out which side is which.

Bends is a really great record, I think releasing those two back to back is one of the greatest sequences in popular music. A massive leap from one to the other.
