On Johnson: “I don’t think he has any vision of a more equitable society, any thirst for social mobility or any passion to better the lot of people less fortunate than he is."

It sounds obvious perhaps but I think this is quite astute. Aside from all the noise about wallpaper and love children this is essentially why Johnson is a poor choice of PM.
