Most of my system was made here in Scotland, Waterfoot where live.
Pre from Germany, cart from Japan, speakers from Canada.
Speaker cable / Interconnects from Chord England.

My amp, preamp and tuner are from the USA. Speakers, turntable and CD transport from UK. Phono cartridge from Germany. DAC from China. Wires from the Netherlands.

And I guess the UK-branded CD transport was actually manufactured in China.

My cartridge is from Switzerland, not Germany. My mistake.

Seem to have settled on mostly scandy gear...

Speakers - Denmark
Amplification- Denmark
DAC - Finland
Subs - ‘Murica

I don’t really have a major preference. Good (and awful) stuff from all over really, but ideally what I’d want would be from somewhere fairly local round here somewhere.

I have a right old mixed bag of legacy UK Quad (mainly amps) and modern Chinese Quad (mainly speakers)
Add to the mix an antiquated German TT (Braun) and a few modern Chinese and Japanese DACs and headphone amps
Have no idea where all my Pi ingredients are made .... even if some are apparently assembled somewhere in Blighty.
Headphones from all points of the compass I reckon (including Scotland)

... all very confusing, but they talk to each other nicely with no language hang ups :D
