1st USA pressing with "Bell Sound" and "Phil + Ronnie" in the deadwax.
This LP was extensively counterfeited in the '70s (I remember seeing them in cut-out bins), but this one is genuine.
Interestingly, this album was out of print in the USA between 1976 and 1979, hence the counterfeits. The reason it went out of print is because United Artists, who distributed the film, also had the rights to distribute the soundtrack LP, which was still pressed by Capitol (who released and/or distributed the Beatles' records in the USA). Capitol supposedly printed a special red Apple label to indicate that LIB was not being distributed by them.
The Beatles' contract with Apple Records expired in 1976, and with it the agreement with UA, so it went out of print in the USA. In 1979, Capitol acquired United Artists Records, so "Let It Be" went back in print, now with a Capitol label and minus the gatefold cover.
It's on his Search Engine album, if you just want the track, rather than the 12".
There are several versions of the album, ranging for stadard single CD to 4x12", to an extended 24 bit download version.
