100g pitch acceleration for a model aircraft isn't that unusual. I fly free flight gliders and on release of the line the top guys are pulling ~40kgs; the models weigh 0.41kgs, so close to 100g. It's possible due to use of composite materials and the fact that there isn't a pilot on board - they are the limiting 'g' case.
