Parallel Lines also from 1978. CDL 1192. Matching card inner with lyrics. Pressed at Phonodisc this one is A//3 P 11 25 B//3 P 11 1 1

Last up Eat To The Beat from 1979, a very solid follow up to Parallel Lines CDL 1225 A//4▽E420 11 1 JA RC / CDL 1225 B5//4▽E420 13 2 JA RC. JA (Jack Adams, trainee?) and RC (Ralph Copeman) worked at Phonodisc at the time. Phonodisc must have pressed a wad of these two albums. Again, a nice card inner sleeve. I played Autoamerican the other day, not again, and I never bought The Hunter (for obvious reasons). I also have The Best of Blondie - great compilation from 1981 CDL TV1.

More 'New Wave', John Peel is thanked in the credits so who's arguing? Altered Images - Happy Birthday on Epic EPC - S - 84893 - A1/B1 hand etched.

Played this to death, still crank up Atomic now and again, Union City and Shayla also faves. Looks like Plastic Letters is awol, still have stuff in storage from the house move when I was in hospital, here’s hoping there’s a box of LP’s stuffed away.

1980 reissue on Liberty records (part of United Artists, which had been bought by EMI) UAG 30159. The original has a nice colour photo on the front. Stamped A-3/B-3. Don't know when I would have bought this, early 80s some time. I played Autonomy to death.
