Phono or Optical out to HDMI or SCART or Component Video In -- is it possible?

I want to use the built in amp and speakers on a TV set to play music, but the inputs on the TV don't match the outputs on the streamer.

Is there a way?

Right, but that has three phono plugs and my squeezebox has two phono sockets. Do I just let the yellow one dangle?
