I've been listening to Herd's all-too-short discography for the past couple hours. Dark, densely detailed soundscapes, like The Future Sound of London's evil step-brother that they don't talk to anymore. Great headphones music.

The first couple of Tangents EPs (1-19 and 32-39) are unfortunately MP3-only (but at least one is VBR and the other is 320kbps; both available free on archive.org), but the last Tangents EP and his last release Arteater are available as FLAC via Bandcamp. He hasn't released anything since 2016's Arteater, but I hope he's just been taking a break.
