It’s not a song, but there’s a bit in the first movement of Prokofiev’s Second Piano Concerto when the orchestra comes back in at the end of the cadenza. Gets me every time.

And, pretty much at the opposite end of the spectrum, Arvo Part, Spiegel im Spiegel. Sublime.
