Cheers, just had 70 minutes of enjoyable, well recorded music from the first one I played (Night and the City) so if the other 4 stink I’m still happy at that price. I’m still quite new to jazz; would this be called dinner jazz? You can clearly hear people having dinner in the background.

They will never honour this, so I caved and ordered from a local indie - just £16-ish and hand-delivered this morning. Worth every penny. If Amazon ever come to post, then I’ll have 2 copies....

Same here, cancelled yesterday as Amazon have been arseholes by not only not delivering & stalling but have taken full payment for the Rush boxset as well when it is not even on the horizon.

Typical, oh well.

I cancelled it in retaliation for Amazon charging me for goods that were nowhere near dispatch, Rush now here on Thursday.

Surprisingly I received a copy today as well, I had cancelled it, seems that because the payment was taken before dispatch then I was entitled to it as the dispatch was before the cancellation although the notification of dispatch wasn't updated. It was left in my porch due to social measures, technically I now owe them money I think.

Complicated but I have one, it sounds quite good.

I also finally got The Rush boxset, that is worth £62 all day long as well.
 
Sorry this is not a box set and I have no idea what it sounds like as I hve not even heard it yet. However it has Denis Bovell at the production helm so it will sound good qulity . Brother Rico is playing trombone so the horn section is lilely to be stellar . Given the price I feel it is well worth a punt and would commend anyone else interested to grab it while it is still cheap .
