Be careful dealers they are at it again, Japanese cards prefix 4980.

I regularly have someone, apparently in Eastern Europe, trying to buy stuff from my shop using a series of credit cards originating across the whole world, although not yet Japan. This person seems to be working through a list of stolen credit card details, but my card processing provider has a very well tuned anti-fraud system which blocks these attempted transactions up every time.
