Vuk - it's a combination of some vignetting (applied in post) and the natural contrast of the bright silver birch tree making it stand out against the dark background. (This is why I love silver birch) The 'bokeh' is actually some brighter coloured grass in the background. It was challenging to get the tree to stand out sufficiently from this. In the end, I used some dodging / burning to balance the brightness of the tree against the brightness of the grass.
