Amp history / progression..?

Good grief - this covers most...

1980 - Rotel Receiver (with Aiwa Tape deck and AE18s) - bought with pre-Uni summer job money, and survived through Uni years and beyond.

1989 - Arcam A60 (plus matching Arcam CD/Tuner - plus Thorens 166 bought after Uni)

1997-2007ish - Various Naim amps ending with Olive 52/135s.

2007-2012 - the wilderness years - no HiFi to speak of.

2012-present:

The Kairn and Klout are still wonderful amps IMO, still use a Kairn/Klout daily in my conservatory system with a pair of Royd Sappires (Karik/Apple TV/Numerik as source), it makes great music.

Well, you did have a bright orange and brown amp for 19 years, and not everyone can say that!
