Fair price for Linn Axis?

Hi, looking for some advice please.

I have an Axis TT which someone has expressed an interest in. It is the later edition with switchable speed and Akito arm. The TT and arm are in good condition save for hinges and hinge holders which are shot - a known weak point on this deck. Views on fair price?

Many thanks.

The only change was the position of the switch and the basic plus to akito arm. They seem to have appreciated somewhat... A few years ago, £200-£250 tops was the ballpark for a clean working example. £300-£400 seems to be what people are asking now although I wouldn't pay £400. If it's clean and in good order then £300 would seem fair for a direct sale, no eBay fees or worries.

Thanks, that's really useful. I remember paying £250 for it, second hand, in about 1990. £250 was a huge amount of money to me at that time.
