Mission 753's. I made the sin of buying an item of HI-FI without listening first and only going off reviews. I spent a fortune upgrading power amps, speaker cable, anything to try and get a good sound out of them. I eventually threw in the towel. Utter, utter garbage.
Forgot to say the full price on these was £1200 but i think i payed more like 800-900 for it. Lots of reviews on line about it as it was a bit of a giant killer in it's day.
Hi all. I'm thinking of selling my Whest Audio .20. It was a "B" series unit in that i bought it from Whest at a discount because it had been used as a demo model. It is completely unmarked and sounds superb. I'm not sure what to ask for it though? Any ideas?
