Personally I much prefer the "physical prescence" of my cd collection, and the sound of my cdp. I can't see cd's dying out completely, even though sales are in decline.

Thanks otl. From what i've learned on aos, it seems the contacts in the Schurter are a little on the thin side, and apparently they can move about with thicker cables and cause arcing! needless to say i've already ordered replacements as all my iec plugs are Schurter in silver plate finish...

Can someone tell me please, apart from looks, what distinguishes these 2 apart from each other, other than price? How can the price difference be justified, they both do the same job. If I had a Silver Schurter, would it not perform better than a standard wattgate 320i? Yet it is almost 3x cheaper
