You could always tune to Eb for a while. Hendrix made it sound okay on a Strat :) I used to play 9s all the time sometimes heavier on the bottom (Hybrid slinky) but now I prefer 10s in Eb. I have my acoustics tuned that way too with 12s. 2 fret bends are doable on that setup.
To be clear The G12H30 is a different speaker to the G12V30 or "Vintage 30" I was warning about pairing with Fender amps.

If you like the Fender make sure you pair it with a suitable speaker as the amps are quite a bit brighter sounding than Marshalls and Blackstars. I may hesitate to pair a Vintage 30 with a Fender amp at least without trying it. The Vintage 30 has lots of bite and really helps a midrangey...
