    If it has Win 10 on it, and you can get to a web browser, then go to MS downloads area of their website, and download a fresh W10 install onto a USB stick. Back up any data to be kept, format the disk, and install W10 fresh from the USB

    Landline through Sky for us, we use their "Sky Shield" offering - unknown callers must announce their name before being put through. We answer, hear the person stating who they are, and key press to accept or decline them. Whitelist of known numbers can be maintained online. Cut the spam calls...
