IRC the second rail powers the 321 boards and LED. You will need to cut some tracks to achieve this, the 5 pin link plug is the usual way to make them backwards compatible. A more permanent reversal would require relinking the cut tracks on the PCB
I don't have the one you need, they are made by EAO they are alarmingly expensive. The closest I found looking today for the older type is this one.
