looks like the original glass to me. the later curved edge, clear glass. with damper pads. :) paul the ealier glass was dark smoked with beveled edges.

I run my 2nd ela mk1's with a nap 140 as rears in a 5.1. my first pair finished with a nap250, so good i got them again:)

very pleased with my radical box upgrade, i must open it up and turn that blinding led power down via the jumper!

just out of interest I found some interesting discussions on the topic of wetting agents and here is a link to some of the recipes that have been recommended. it does seem that Laura Dearborn's recipe is the most respected and we are only talking drops of wetting agent...

thanks David i will have to try a small batch of mix with some wetting agent, just a question of how much to use. start small and add more until i don't like the results. paul

thanks wylton for your detailed description I had not though to let the mix soak after applying, ill have to give that a go. sounds like we do the same otherwise. i am also using a cloth on the edge to stop the mix going to the other side, but only for KM mix the IMS mix does not get that far. paul
