    It compares very well actually,I sold a CDX 2 and replaced it with an HDX and I much preferred it,use your own ears to make the decision not someone's elses.

    All of those artists use custom built guitars not custom guitars built and aged to look like a particular vintage guitar which is too expensive to take on the road which is what you claimed.
