    The Sound Factory hifi rack

This is a 4 shelf metal (tripod) rack in black. The removable shelves are a black ash wood. There are removable spikes for the legs. Actual shelf size is 43 x 36 cm and the height between shelves 12.5cm. I purchased this new some years ago but it is in excellent condition and I still have the...

    Curry sauce ..online

Google Raffi’s Spice Box. They have a great selection and will post to you. Will also make up to your preferred level/strength of heat. A personal favourite is a 'medium' vindaloo. Easy and quick to make and will last up to 6 months in the freezer. I always keep some in for when I haven’t time...

Just wondering if anyone has used Revolut to dabble in Crypto. If so, was it straight forward enough ?

    Selling at auction advice please

Forget eBay. Full of scammers and the policies work in their favour. I’ve had great success on Gumtree lately and apart from the occasional optimist it’s been totally hassle free. No fees either. Never tried Vinted but it seems to be getting popular.

Decent folding bike that isn't too expensive

B’twin ! Bought mine 2nd hand for £100 and it’s brilliant. Its not the lightest fold up bike but rides much better than the aluminium one my girlfriend has. It’s more solid on the road and doesn’t flex as much. Think they were around £300 new !

Looking for recommendations for a 'warm' sounding DAC

I have a Pink Triangle Dacapo that I have owned from new. It’s not been in my main system for a couple of years but I tried it a couple of months ago and all was fine. I have the original box, paperwork for the upgraded filter (original filter included) and sales receipt. It’s in unmarked...

The watch thread: pocket, wrist, sporty, showy? You name it!

Yes a Rolex would be nice but I certainly couldn’t wear one everyday. No matter how careful I think I’m being, I always manage at least one scratch on the crystal. As for a repair at possibly twice the initial cost I personally would deem lunacy. Possibly I was just unlucky but it would make...

The watch thread: pocket, wrist, sporty, showy? You name it!

Hi PhilofCas Yes I really liked the Seiko 5 and decided to treat myself to the black one. It was to be an everyday watch but I didn’t wear it while doing heavy work etc. It was relatively accurate but would gain a minute or two over a week. After around 18 months wear it suddenly decided to...

    Over 200 vinyl LP’s

Sadly I’m having to clear my late parents home and there are over 200 vinyl LP’s. I can not vouch for their actual condition but would be surprised if not mostly good and very playable. Obviously these are going to be of limited interest because of the era but before I try the local charity...
