The TA = Tape CBU= bulk that makes sense gathered that. It is when some of the other parameters listed look very wrong when performing a search for that part number. Going to drop them an email.

Can someone comment on manufacturers and these transistors. I have read some places not limited to transistors that the spread in hfe and manufacturer varies. Stating the obvious. Is there any noticible difference in mfr: ON, Fairchild, Phillips(seen some NOS about)?
