Well had a pair Templar now for a while on the end of a Nait XS seem to work nicely not huge bass or piercing treble but generally just right sounding and fun
Ok rules out the door switch then if getting as far as error message. Other thing to check are the sliders free to move the plastic gears can slip or the carriage not slide freely on the rails.
But not spinning at all sorry not had that fault
The XS is a lot for the money sounds decent on it own but can take a hicap or be used as a pre or power amp very flexible.
I got mine as a stop gap nearly 2 years later still in use
well might try a 10inch inner tube inflated under the bamboo boards can play about with pressures but given how good a job a pneumatic tyre does at isolation.
My other thoughts are sorbothane is well regarded as excellent in engineering for isolating mechanical noise and vibration.

I have tried them slightly set back via the spikes I prefer them level but the Ruarks are so small they are on an angled face and project upwards at a slight angle.
I have the larger size bubble wrap with bigger air pockets see if that makes a difference to the regular small stuff
