I will indeed enjoy it. It’s a 31yr old amp and it sounds fantastic. I’ll save some money and have it serviced and hopefully upgraded to the NCC200s maybe even save a little more and go for the 300 boards
I’ve only just got it. Don’t think it’s been serviced, but I love it. It’s the sound I was looking for. I’ve had the 180 before although not with the boards. I think it’ll be a service and boards at the same time
I’ve a chrome 250 with a 32000 serial number and thinking of installing these highly praised NCC200 boards. Being a complete novice I was wondering how hard it is to fit them? I’ve read they are ‘drop in’ but not sure if that means they are similar to boards for the Naim pre amps. Any soldering...

That's ok. I think setting the filters are more of a personal taste thing. I also bought it second hand so didn't get a manual. I'm sure I can download it somewhere.
Proac response 1sc or Neat motive 3. The latter will come in well under budget. Personally I like older B&W speakers too. The cdm 1nt or the 705. Front ported so no wall issues.
