The 21mm f2 is worth a lot of money. You should check some completed listings on ebay. The last 21mm f2 sold for £2900.

If the signal is poor some days it will always searching to reconnect so that can eat away at the battery very quickly. It maybe that there was work on the local transmitter or whatever it is and it is fixed now.

Was it a white product? If so +2 on the camera meter when you shoot if it is a white subject. A meter makes an average so if you shoot a black subject and the a white subject letting the camera meter then you get 2 18% grey subjects. Like most pictures of fluffy white snow, the camera makes it grey.
