i am looking for a pair of tannoy xt-8f as replacement speakers, i had a pair years ago and liked them. therefore looking for a new pair, in white preferably.
i know there are some on fleecebay but some of the prices are way too high.

looks like the previous owner changed the resistors and one of them has one end not connected anyone help?

long shot, but does anyone have a copy of the ipl acoustics instructions mainly for the S2TLM, as i have a used pair and just want to check the points on the amount of wool in the chamber, less or more what effect it has.

someone has the all the internals of a naim olive 250, and i currently have a NAP200 which i would like to keep the same chassis type, is possible to install the 250 parts into the 200 given a bit of mechanical work?
i am a mechanical engineer so have some skills at least.

dont worry Eddie, im not in the game of blaming others for a process im carrying out.
i will persevere, it seems odd that when powered there is no problem. so maybe as suggested above it may be to do with the RCA being used.
There is no continuity between speakers posts when they are disconnected.
The resistance of the issue board is showing as 141k and the other slowly goes to about 12k, both tested without the speaker cables disconnected
