Big Art Farmer fan and had the pleasure of seeing him live at Pizza Express Soho, which was one of the best gigs I'd ever been to, but never came across this release, which is great! Live at the Half Note with Jim Hall is a favourite and a great live recording.

Someday My Prince Will Come is great but I've always had a soft spot for Miles Smiles, and Circle in particular being the mute trumpet track of choice. The closing few notes never fail to give me goosebumps!

I have the same dac, works great and no hum with a standard USB mains adapter. Are you sure the hum is not coming from the interconnects?

I have a BluDento BLT-2 that has been rock solid. Not used the DAC, only optical out, but the bluetooth bit of it works really well and gives good range/no dropouts. I see they now also have a AptX HD version, which is probably worth considering. Bought direct with fast & free shipping from HK...

I've used both Audio Gold and Grahams, both did a good job. Audio Gold is a gem of a place too, well worth a visit!
