Same here. Amazing amp (fookin’ love it) but frustrating volume control on the remote. I tried the Solar remote but it jumps the same level as the stock Aethos.

Same. Way better all around.

I’m more than pleased with my Aethos. I demoed a SN2 which was fun but I’ve got a separate dac. I also realized I didn’t need, or want to pay for, the MM phono stage that came stock on the SN3 (plus I’m loving my Rega Ios). Add to that, the Aethos has more watts to drive my speakers and less US$...

“I just bought a basic Rega remote which has less buttons on it.” Mr Pig, I did the same with my Aethos Solaris remote, the basic Rega remote is much easier to navigate and easy to use.

I’ve had a Prima Luna Dialogue Premium for several years now and it continues to impress. Upgraded to KT150s and never looked back. I’ve a friend that has the Leben and it’s also lovely, perhaps more laid back and softer than the PL but a captivating listen.

Jeebus, can we just talk about the new Rega integrated amp?

+1 on the Alva Noto, amazing bass sounds.

Alice Coltrane’s “Radha Krsna Nama Sankirtana”. So lovely. Side 2 never fails to disappoint. Alice vamping away on the organ and her 13 year old(!) son on drums.Fookin’ brilliant.
