What HDMI cables are people using? There's been some talk about cable lengths, some say the shorter the better, others recommend 2m in length to avoid reflections, any thoughts?

I'm looking for replacement CB NAP250 and Hi-Cap reservoir caps. from the late 80's The NAP250 has LMT 15,000uF 63v (very slight leak on one), and the Hi-Cap Felsic 15,000uF 63v (both show leakage) The 15,000uF 63v are hard to find, would Kemet 20,000uF 100v be OK? Or any other suggestions...
