Definitely not the fault of sponsors. Of course everyone's situation is unique but that's not a reason for not being able to design a product. The blame utterly lies on the designer and his ineptitude in producing anything viable.

Just another opinion. Not that it matters much but just to keep this thread in balance: I think there's a lot of doubt considering the delivery. I very much doubt anything will ever be delivered.
