I really like this DAC (I have one). But it needs a good digital source, otherwise it is nothing special (I use Naim HDX). But I like the Rega DAC more (have it also). But these two sound very different, taste dependend what you prefer.

Boston A25 Here in Holland a real hit. I am running it with a PS Audio A-100, but it works also very well on tube amps (have heard it in a friends system). It replaced my Linn Majik 140's. And with a Naim HDX as source this is now a real source first system. Hans

I have one somewhere. I used it in several systems over the years. My conclusion is that it does not sit in the way of the music that much. But, in most systems it gave a little boost to the bass. I think that has to do with loading, but I am no transformer wizard, so it is just a guess.
