Thanks for the info' and inspiration guys! It looks like i have a collection heading my way.......three of the original Transcription decks + one similar to Fox's pictured above, model number IIX 900 whatever that may be!
I have a recently serviced NAC 62 (Olive) and it's better than my original (not serviced) NAC 72. Would be interesting to compare the 62 to a CB NAC 32.5.
The transcription turntable is from Classic HiFi. CNC Precision engineered from a solid brass billet. I've heard one of these (aluminum alloy chassis version) with SME tonearm and it was superb.
