PerF: which class D have you listened to (Hypex, Ice, Purifi, etc.)?

Never heard one but always wanted to ... I found two (405-2 and 606) that are fully restored (new caps, better opamps, etc.). What are your experiences and thoughts on these amps (taking into consideration also the fact that they're fully restored and I won't be using them with Quad preamps)?

I found one of these for a *great* price and it's mint. The question is, how good is it as far as sound quality? What is its sonic character -- laid back, neutral, warm, etc.? And any known reliability issues? I'm in USA and older Meridian amps aren't well known over here.
