If you can find some Proac Response D20 with a soft dome tweeter, you should give it a try.
The Spendor you mention are certainly good but the Proac will be more lively and transparent IMO.
Guru Junior or Guru 12 would be on my shopping list.
They are designed to be against the wall and they have a tremendous bass despite their small size.
I don’t know about their actual price though, used or bran new.
Linn K20 with soldered connectors, no need for more :

The best NAD vintage preamp ever is the 1300 Series.
Look a bit flimsy or cheap but it sounds very good for the price today as well as back when it made its first debut.
It really takes a Classe Audio or a Treshold preamp to better it.
And the design makes it easy to service, it’s very modular...
You got my attention here……….
Would you mind giving us a list of the tuners that out-perform the NAT 01 ?
I love the sound of it but looking for a better sensitivity and also a tuner that can be repaired with parts that are still available !
To the OP : this tuner sounds amazingly good...
Linn Kan, Linn Sara, Naim SBL and Guru speakers would be on my shopping list in your situation.
Warning though : some of them are power hungry (Sara) and others might be costly (Guru) so shopping is advised !
The thing I really like about these Avondale amp boards is that they don’t require any soldering to be fitted and can be installed by almost anyone rather easily and quickly.
Might be a nice opportunity to upgrade your NAP 110 by replacing the boards with these :

This would bring it to a superior level without losing Naim’s sound quality and...
To me, the NAC 72 really needs a Hicap or an aftermarket power supply AND some aftermarket boards as well to give its best.
Teddy Pardo, Avondale and Neil Jadman are among the best partners for a 72 or a 32.5
And when you do so, the 72 becomes a hell of a preamp that’s very difficult and costly...
Yep, replace the resistor and the led, bo are cheap and available everywhere.
Make sure to verify the polarity of the led and put a shrink wrap.
FYI : I didn’t put any resistor on one of my NAP 110 and it’s fine for me, brighter but I didn’t get blind yet.
